GRADE 1-3

I have designed MATH BOOSTER to reinforce fundamental math skills and concepts, build numeracy and increase your child’s performance and confidence.  It will motivate your child to learn new skills and concepts by earning Math Powers cards.  As they earn these cards, they will improve their math skills and build their confidence. 

MATH Booster is also designed to provide support for parents so that they can effectively help their child succeed in math. Homework tips and a homework hotline will be provided to help reduce stress associated with homework completion.  Also, there will be a wide variety of suggested activities designed to fit into your daily routine and not to become extra burdens. 

Your child will soon begin to experience the world around them from a whole new perspective; a new and exciting mathematical perspective and you will be encouraged to share in their excitement.

GRADES 4-6

I have designed MATH SUPPORT to increase your child’s performance and confidence by reinforcing fundamental mathematical skills and concepts. As your child progresses through the sessions they will gain experience using a variety of strategies to help understand and remember fundamental math concepts and skills.  They will discover that they have the “power” to learn math.

MATH SUPPORT is also designed to support parents as they guide and encourage their child to succeed in math. Homework tips and a homework hotline will be provided to help reduce stress associated with homework completion.

GRADE 7-12

I have designed MATH TUTORING to increase your child’s performance and confidence by reinforcing math skills and concepts taught in class. As we work together, they will learn effective and efficient strategies that will increase their understanding, develop mathematical thinking and reasoning and increase their confidence.

MATH TUTORING will also provide homework tips and a free homework hotline to help reduce stress associated with homework completion and test/exam preparation.  Additional sessions may be available before tests and exams.
